Lincolnshire Based Cabin & Welfare Unit Provider Increases Fleet
Affinity have known this business for over 3 years, they specialise in toilet/cabin and welfare unit hire across the UK.
The summer months are their busiest period with large and small festivals in need of their services, whilst also providing a substantial amount to the construction sector. Our client needed to acquire some additional units quickly in order to meet their customers requirements, as demand was overtaking supply.
Due to the bespoke nature of the equipment and questionable security in the asset we worked closely to ensure our funders would provide a competitive and suitable deposit and term. We successfully completed two separate deals in excess of £50K each with a VAT 3 month deferral, to help assist with cash-flow.
